Any accessibility problem using a title attribute in the anchor tag? For example: link text" Kurt Mattes Application Development Analyst-Lead Developer (302) 282-1414 Kurt_Mattes@bankone.com -----Original Message----- From: Rebecca Cox [mailto:Rebecca.Cox@intergen.co.nz] Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2004 4:12 PM To: David Poehlman Cc: w3c-wai-ig@w3.org Subject: RE: New window inform user, before or after link? Cool, thanks. The example I'm working on has to have an icon with alt text by these links , so something like this HTML example? Some link -----Original Message----- From: David Poehlman [mailto:poehlman1@comcast.net] Sent: Thursday, 4 March 2004 10:06 a.m. To: Rebecca Cox Subject: Re: New window inform user, before or after link? it should be in the link. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Rebecca Cox" <Rebecca.Cox@intergen.co.nz> To: <w3c-wai-ig@w3.org> Sent: Wednesday, March 03, 2004 2:51 PM Subject: New window inform user, before or after link? Hi all, Where some sort of warning is used with links which open in a new window or popup (like an icon with alt text or text "link will open in new window", is it best to have this before or after the link itself? I'm mainly thinking of how this affects screen reader or braille reader users.
