compare and contrast of Device Independence and Accessibility

at WWW2003 we had a Developers' Day track on authoring for device
independence and for accessibility.

This went rather well, in terms of building toward a shared vision
concerning topics of mutual interest.

Eventually we hope to have all the presentation materials available through
