Dona, Try not to take people on list-servs too personally. Your questions and the responses that come back help everyone. Even if the execution is crude, the ultimate intention is to help you. Every list I have ever subscribed to on any topic has gurus subscribed to it that help others willingly, and other gurus subscribed to it that enjoy belittling other's lack of experience.
