The page bears only a passing resemblance to HTML, and once you've fixed that, you'll almost certainly have fixed your problems too. A validator will tell you (among other important things) that all your labels are misplaced, malformed and "for" something that doesn't exist. A browser might concievably correct the first two (but it would be very wrong for you to rely on it), but there's nothing any browser can do about the third.
