4.77, UEL, a humbling and thanks to jim

Today I was invited to speak at a conference at the University of East London.
The conference was organised by http://www.nln.ac.uk on e-learning.
Naturally i was excited to learn of plans to develop online materials for people with severe learning difficulties.
My topic was accessibility, learning difficulties and the peepo site.

Big surprise: the default browser throughout the campus is netscape 4.77.
and due to my failure to check my coding (with this browser?) it looked piss awful.

anyway thanks to jim, at least I knew where the problem lay.
