Harvy, While this is indeed an impressive article and NBP is to be
commended for their work, There is much that is left un said and much
that is said that can be missconstrued in it.  I don't want to take up a
lot of space with this but feel that false hopes and ideas are easily
passed in an article like this and the unasked and unananswered
questions in it can be dangerous.
