-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Here's a situation I've come across a few times and I can't think of a way to make it work well for users who aren't using images. You have a piece of text, and with that text is an image, and with that image is a caption. The image adds "value" or comprehension to the text, and the caption does the same for the image. Now I can happily lose the image and alt="" is acceptable, but I'm left with the caption, which is now confusing since it makes no sense outside of the context of the image. One possible solution is to make the caption an image, so it is invisible to users who don't use graphics (alt="") but this wouldn't be good for people who need a particular font-size (also generating graphics on the fly is a pain). Any solutions?
