I now have this working. 4 hours with tech help and 2 hours as well. Much of this relates to my love of notebooks. Though the helpdesk reported 90% of problem relate to antivirus software. It is subtle when working with the web or desktop. Game play is a bit more active. I have yet to find the 'shockwave' site ie the one with the links to all the super online gaming.
