Web accessibility and usability tester

Description: HalfthePlanet.com is the leading disabilities-focused web site
that offers people with disabilities, their families, friends and associates
comprehensive information, products and services that enhance the quality of
their lives. We are looking for someone to test the site while it is in
pre-production for usability and accessibility. Candidate will test pages in
multiple browsers on multiple platforms with an array of AT devices. The
candidate must work in the New York City office a minimum of 3 days per
week.

Qualifications: Strong background in web technologies, including working
knowledge of HTML,CSS,XML,XSL,SMIL,JSCRIPT. Proficiency with one or more
screenreader package. Personal experience with low vision/blindness highly
desirable.
