Could you please trim your exaggerated language. The request for information concerned Special Needs / Learning Disability access, not web page design Do not feel that this need concern you. Strip the text from many sites, and there is not a lot there. There is no "must", perhaps you could realise that your evangelism is misplaced, in this instance.
