Follow on task - Consider a multi document approach

Hello,

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the two-day working session earlier this week. We made a lot of progress and took a series of action items / next steps.

This email is following up on only one part of one of those next steps. Other emails or discussions will follow regarding the other actions.

 The idea was discussed of creating or point to a set of companion documents to WCAG such as (but not limited to) EN 17161: 2019 or an expanded WCAG-EM. The document making recommendations to policy makers could then point to these rather than trying to address all our concerns within conformance.

Chairs took an action to put together a small group (2-4 people) who are interested in this idea to explore it over a few weeks and bring a proposal back to the group.
