Call For Consensus — ends 16th December at midday Boston time.

Publication of the Accessibility Conformance Testing (ACT) Rules Format 1.1.

This update was introduced in the AG meeting on 2nd December:
https://www.w3.org/2025/12/02-ag-minutes.html#item02<https://www.w3.org/2025/12/02-ag-minutes.html#item02>

No comments have been made since then (issue 611<https://github.com/w3c/wcag-act/issues/611>).

There is a complete “diff” showing changes from version <https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FTR%2Fact-rules-format-1.0%2F&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fw3c.github.io%2Fwcag-act%2Fact-rules-format.html> 1.0 to 1.1<https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FTR%2Fact-rules-format-1.0%2F&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fw3c.github.io%2Fwcag-act%2Fact-rules-format.html>.

To support the CFC (publishing version 1.1) please reply to the group with a “+1”.

If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you not being able to accept this decision, please reply with a “-1” and explanation before the CfC deadline.

Kind regards,

-Alastair
