Subject: CfC - Approve WCAG2ICT Group Note publication to further align with the EN 301 549

Hi all,

This is a Call for Consensus — ends on Tuesday 9 December at midday Boston time.

This call for consensus is to update the WCAG2ICT Group Note from the current editor’s draft. The purpose is to further align with the EN 301 549 which is now frozen for country vote.

The latest editor's draft can be found here: https://w3c.github.io/wcag2ict/<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/w3c.github.io/wcag2ict/__;!!ACWV5N9M2RV99hQ!NvZAT07bmzuITZWEugTj4Ru5sGh0QrMz0ZL19b5FTWlQ4Uh2wvWz__ztsy7yzKSnaLWGQVYtpTF6slP1rw$>

The diff from the August 2025 Group Note publication can be found here: https://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FTR%2Fwcag2ict-22%2F&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fw3c.github.io%2Fwcag2ict%2F<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=https*3A*2F*2Fwww.w3.org*2FTR*2Fwcag2ict-22*2F&doc2=https*3A*2F*2Fw3c.github.io*2Fwcag2ict*2F__;JSUlJSUlJSUlJSU!!ACWV5N9M2RV99hQ!NvZAT07bmzuITZWEugTj4Ru5sGh0QrMz0ZL19b5FTWlQ4Uh2wvWz__ztsy7yzKSnaLWGQVYtpTFfmN3DWA$>

Please respond with +1 if you support publication of the updated WCAG2ICT Group Note, or with -1 if you disagree.

Best regards,
