Call For Consensus — ends Monday 27th October.

There are several small updates to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2, outlined in the errata PR:
https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4659<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4659>

These are:

  *
Rewording the normative preamble of Content on Hover or Focus for clarity (#4469<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4469>)
  *
Changing occurrences of "e-mail" to "email" (#4385<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4385>)
  *
Removing use of "must" in section 7 preamble (#4458<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4458>)
  *
Fixing the markup for the notes in the "abbreviation" definition (#4452<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4452>)
  *
Changing capitalized occurrences of "Web" and "Success Criteria" to match the established lower-case style (#4461<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4461>)

These are all changes which have gone through the usual task-force process and been put before the group before.

To support the CFC please reply to the group with a “+1”.
If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you not being able to accept this decision, please reply with a “-1” and explanation before the CfC deadline.

Kind regards,

-Alastair
