This is something that is actively being worked on, and so any change can alter the meaning of WCAG2Mobile guidance I said this in today's MATF meeting and will repeat here: to me, it actually makes sense to use the current WCAG 3 draft's definition in this First Public Working Draft, _because_ the new thing is in flux. My assumption is that the next version of view/ui-context, whatever it ends up being, is used or referenced by a future version of WCAG2Mobile (eg in the next working draft published after there is consensus on a new definition). I also assume we'll continue to seek alignment between AGWG and MATF regarding this definition.
