Oggetto: CFC - WCAG 2.2 and 2.1 errata

Call For Consensus — ends Thursday 26th June at midday Boston time.

There are several minor errata encompassed by this PR which updates the
errata page:

https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4370

The changes to the TR doc are listed and linked to in the description of
that issue, and here:

*	Switching the position of User Inactivity and User Interface to make
them listed alphabetically #4256 <https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4256>
*	Amend definition of motion animation to *not* exclude blurring #4040
<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4040>
*	link directly to new supplemental guidance #2296
<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/2296>
*	Harmonise spelling for "breakpoint" #4165
<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4165>

These updates have all been through the usual group-review process, this CFC
is to agree to add these as errata. It is not a re-publication; they will
only be listed on the errata pages until there is a re-publication of WCAG
2.1/2.2.

If you have concerns about this proposed consensus position that have not
been discussed already and feel that those concerns result in you not being
able to accept this decision, please let the group know before the CfC
deadline.

Kind regards,

-Alastair
