ACT rules review

Hi everyone,

The ACT task force have a couple of rules ready for publication that we should review.

A little context though:

  * The format is well established, there are many rules already published<https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/act/rules/> in this format. We are not reviewing the format.
  * Our review is of the content, primarily whether it aligns with the guidelines as we understand them.

The two rules for review are:

  * Element with role attribute has required states and properties<https://github.com/w3c/wcag-act-rules/pull/334>
  * Orientation of the page is not restricted using CSS transforms<https://github.com/w3c/wcag-act-rules/pull/335>
There are preview links at the top of each github thread. Comments can go in the github thread.
We can review any comments / queries in an upcoming meeting, pencilled in for May 6th (to be confirmed in next week’s agenda email).
Kind regards,

-Alastair
