End of year wrap up and announcements

Updates to WCAG 2.1, 2.2 and 3.0 were published last night. Shawn sent messages but in case they ended up in a folder, the links are below.

The telecon pages that we have used so long are also retiring.  To access meetings in the future, please use the W3 calendar. Thanks to Kevin and the Systems Team, there are now static calendar pages that you can link to.
