Re: Call for Consensus (CfC) - Update to WCAG 3

Hi
I am giving this a plus one (+1) , with the understanding that there are
still issues and parts that may need to be rewritten. For example,
issues/151  <https://github.com/w3c/wcag3/issues/151> on diacritic marks.
None the less it is worth publishing as a draft for feedback etc.
