Requirements review - update

Hi everyone,

In the last meeting we introduced the updates to the WCAG 3 Requirements document, which we are looking to CFC soon.

For some reason the “diff” version stopped working due an error or blocking at the githack preview.

Kevin has sorted out an alternative preview, so I’ve recreated the differences version:

As a reminder:

  *   Red and down-arrows = removed.
  *   Green and up & down arrows = changed.
  *   Yellow and up arrows = added.
