Reminder: SURVEY for two new Subgroups, github discussion on next subgroups

Hello,

We have a survey open for participation in 2 new subgroups<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/Feb_24_subgroups/>:

  *   Subgroup to further explore options for publishing WCAG 3 in stages or as modules
  *   Subgroup to try out the Writing Testable Outcomes process<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1sugAtqie_x1XqHDZo1Im7ftDNllWeRV_ty4PULeoTV0/edit#heading=h.xghfays6dhl8> while writing the visible keyboard focus indicator outcome

The survey closes on February 20th. We need at least 3 and preferably 5 people willing to work on a topic in order to start a subgroup.

Note: The majority of work for WCAG 3 is being done in subgroups so it is important to make time to participate in one or more over the course of a year.  If these two are not of interest, we will have 5-6 subgroups starting in a month or so focusing on the first set of outcomes.  If you would like to influence which outcomes are selected, propose or vote on which outcomes to work on first in Github<https://github.com/w3c/wcag3/discussions/51>.
