Action Requested by next Monday: Required outcomes survey

Hello,

To continue today's meeting about creating a set of required outcomes as a baseline in WCAG 3, we ask that you take some time to complete a required outcomes survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35422/Requirements_Survey/>. It lists all the outcomes in the WCAG working draft. Check those which you would include in a baseline set of required outcomes.

We will discuss the results next week, so set aside an hour this week to complete this.  Also, please add notes in the comments about how you evaluated outcomes to decide whether they should be included or not.
