Preparing for TPAC next week

This email summarizes the TPAC preparation portion of Tuesday's AG meeting<https://www.w3.org/2023/09/05-ag-minutes.html#item03>.

Schedule
The Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (AG) will be meeting Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for TPAC.

Each day we will break into subgroups to work on guidelines.

  *   Some subgroups will be working on Seville time from 930-1830 (9:30-6:30) Central European Time. Some subgroups will be working 930-1730 (9:30-5:30) US Eastern Time.
  *   The schedule includes a more detailed agenda<https://www.w3.org/WAI/GL/wiki/TPAC_2023_Schedule#Agenda>
  *   Each subgroup will work through 1 guideline that day.
  *   You will be in a different subgroup, working on a different guideline each day you participate.

SubGroup Assignments
Chairs are assigning people to subgroups in advance so you are able to prepare to participate.

  *   Browse or use ctrl-F (command+F on macs) to find your assignment.
  *   Participants are listed using first name or first name and initial of last name

If you would like to change the group you are working with or withdraw from participating, email group-ag-chairs@w3.org before the end of the day this Friday.

If you do not have a subgroup assignment and would like to participate:

  1.  Email group-ag-chairs@w3.org with the groups you would like to participate in.
     *   Please make sure you can attend the time and location of the groups you sign up for.
  2.  If you are not registered for TPAC.
     *   You must be registered for TPAC to participate.
     *   Registration<https://www.w3.org/register/tpac2023> is currently closed but will reopen on Monday morning Seville time.
     *   Please email the chairs with your selections and then register first thing Monday.
