[timing and interruptions subgroup] meeting minutes 14 August 2023, week 4

This week, the subgroup:


  1.  Created a midpoint check-in document to distribute via email because the usual AG meeting isn’t happening this week.
  2.  Finished writing tests and assertions for the user needs we had identified.
