ACT rules follow up

Hi everyone,

The ACT Task Force has gone through the AG feedback from the following survey from December last year on rules that had not been approved:

ACT opened issues for these and wrote responses that were then approved by the ACT Task Force during last week's call. You can find these responses here. The contrast minimum and contrast enhanced rules were put in the same issue as most of the feedback was the same.
