Member feedback incorporated into 2.0 In Briefs

Hello all,
Changes have been made to 14 of the In Brief additions, based on user feedback from both AGWG and EO members. Thirteen of those changes are batched into a single commit for easier review:

Based on prior meeting resolution, this email represents a final chance for members to flag concerns with these changes before they are merged to the Understanding documents.

As mentioned at the last meeting, there will be further chances to tweak this wording. The next iteration of these In Brief ‘blurbs’ will include additions from EOWG. The first batch of these, for 2.2 additions, are in this week’s survey.
