The proposal for the updated version at AAA is significantly simpler, at the cost of flexibility.

I don’t think this version would have worked at AA as it restricts the design approach, but it does provide a place for the guidance developed.

PS. The SC text might have been the longest, but I still think applying 1.3.1 / 4.1.2 are more complex, and meeting it from a design point of view was straightforward.
