SC levels and ordering in WCAG 2.2

Hi all, per the resolution yesterday to move SC 2.4.11 to AAA - that would then mean we may need to reorder the SC so Focus Obscured (minimum) which is AA will now be SC 2.4.11 and SC 2.4.11 would then need to move to 2.4.12 or 2.4.13.

In addition, there was some discussion about whether SC 2.4.7 Focus Visible should be A or AA.  Given that SC 1.4.11 does address focus indicators and we also now have Focus Obscured (minimum) at AA it would seem to be ok to keep the move for SC 2.4.7 at A - although it could complicate things for tooling and reporting which could just mean keeping things simple and not moving it would require less change for those testing and reporting on its.
