There was a problem with RRSagent so we do not have IRC logs or the usual formatted minutes.  Please find attached a plain text version of the minutes Alastair created manually from an IRC copy/paste.  White space has been added between agenda items and topic changes.

A long-format hybrid meeting is being planned for CSUN on Monday the 13th.  The time will be early in the day (U.S. west coast time) to allow participation from European time zones.  Please watch the listserv for more information.  No call on Tuesday the 14th, and then resume our usual schedule on the 21st.

The meeting followed the agenda (as below).  No resolutions per se on WCAG 3 portion of call, but significant productive discussion.  Follows are the consensus resolutions from the WCAG 2 portion of the call.  We got through half of the survey questions.  The remainder survey questions remain open for next weeks call.

RESOLUTIONS:
