  *   Conformance Options (Editorial) and Conformance Scoring Options (Substantive).  Feedback and discussion only (no voting on Resolutions).

We are working at good pace resolving issues put to survey, but present bottle neck is developing PRs or GitHub responses which are mature enough to put into a Survey.  Please consider volunteering on Open issues.
