Somewhat, but it prevents odd instances in body content where A fails and B passes: * A, a fully linked list item * B, with text and a link. It is also better to be arbitrary in a non-technology specific way, rather than say something to indicate an HTML list. Also, if you’re in the CSS to remove bullets, you can bump up the height + spacing of bullets to 24px… -Alastair
