Focus not obscured (enhanced)

Hi everyone,

There was a small item we didn’t quite resolve from the survey on focus-not-obscured:

The biggest vote was for updating it to only include the component in scope (rather then the indicator), to align with the AA version:

Does anyone object to that update?
