WCAG 2.2 acknowledgements

Hi everyone,

Before we publish it would be useful to check that, if you contributed to WCAG 2.2, that you are included in the acknowledgments:

If you are missing, or the affiliation is not correct, please reply to me (not reply-all!) and we can update it.

PS. “contributing” includes both content and reviews, so surveys and discussions are included even if you didn’t explicitely add/change words in the spec.
