In brief information in 'isolation'

Hi Gang,
The nucleus of the In Brief blurbs for the WCAG requirements came from an article I wrote back in 2018 summarizing new WCAG 2.1 features.
I was curious to see how these new 2.2 blurbs do similarly isolated on their own, so wrote a little medium article. I think they work pretty well!

In the meantime, I’m doing updates to the 2.0 In Briefs, based on Tuesday’s feedback, and hope to get done today. Finally, Shawn and I are working on a next round for ALL the success criteria.
