Re: broken/missing styles in the editor's draft understanding?

Hi all,

just skimming over https://w3c.github.io/wcag/understanding/
I notice that the skip link is constantly visible, and (more importantly) the styles for "Note" blocks seems to have gone AWOL. Images are also left-aligned rather than centered.
