[WCAG3-Design] Minutes WCAG 3 Design and IA, Week 4

Hey folks,
The WCAG 3 Design & IA subgroup met today to discuss wire frames. We
explore different forms of navigation and hope to have updated wire frames
next week. We also discussed goals, our aim is to get the wire frames
dialed in with AGWG this 8-week period, and hope to have a follow-up group
to work on designs.

Marie offered to present the wire frames on the AGWG meeting of November
29th, and is available for the first 30 minutes of that.
