[Issue Severity 2 subgroup], agenda, 9th November 2022, week 5

The Issue Severity 2 subgroup will meet on Wednesday 9th November. Note that all attendees’ clocks have now changed, so the meeting time from weeks 1, 2, and 3 is correct again.

We will continue to iterate on defining critical errors. With three weeks left of the subgroup, we will start to plan our final deliverables.
