Summary Silver Task Force is working on the request from AGWG at TPAC to analyze and prototype whether user needs can be used instead of outcomes for normative compliance. * Makoto wrote an example of user needs and outcome for groups of images. He noted that it would apply to other images as well. We looked at work that Suzanne had done on 'fun images for children". * The group discussed whether the disability should be included in the user need, or whether we wanted it to be more general. The group tentatively agreed to write a more general outcome with specific user needs by disability. For homework, people are invited to write up a sketch of a prototype of what it could look like. We would like to have multiple options to show AG. Minutes <https://www.w3.org/2022/11/04-silver-minutes.html>
