Hi Detlev, Not sure if there is a need for further development of guidance regarding conformance. Conformance hasn’t changed between the WCAG versions thus far, and there is a section called Comments on Conformance<https://www.w3.org/TR/wcag2ict/#wcag2ict_comments_cc> in the current WCAG2ICT Note where conformance considerations were discussed. It was never brought up as an issue with the existing Note. Are you aware of issues with conformance? If you are, please open an issue<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/new/choose> and we can track the work and address it that way. I appreciate your feedback.
