[Issue Severity 2 subgroup], minutes, 19th October 2022, week 2

The Issue Severity 2 subgroup met on the 19th. We continued to work on the issue severity document, critical tests, and functional needs. We realized that we needed some help from someone who worked on the Functional Needs subgroup, so have organized a member of that subgroup to attend next week’s meeting.
