[TPAC] Agenda for AGWG & Silver

We have done our best to organize our available time, but this should not be considered "final".  This agenda is subject to change, and any changes will be reflected at the above wiki.

Additionally, each of our four subgroups (Accessibility Supported, Equity, Issue Severity, and Test Types & Terminology) has been given one full session for review by the working group.  We would like each subgroup to present for 30 minutes, followed by chair-led conversation regarding the presentation.  We ask that subgroup leaders reach out to us in advance if there are concerns presenting within 30 minutes.
