HOMEWORK before next meeting: Review the Framework and ensure your all 
your thoughts are are captured in writing in the appropriate section. 
There is a new Google doc for drafting ideas for the Framework

to support those who prefer to work in Google docs. The drafts in the 
Google doc will be moved into the Framework wiki page, so please ensure 
that they are labeled with the correct section in the Framework where 
you want them to go.
