[Silver] Minutes of Silver meeting of 22 July 2022

== Summary ==

 1. We discussed theDraft of Silver Task Force Transition
    <https://docs.google.com/document/d/1uGDMEAuB2CM8FgrI8FoSJeLMcVvQhWuTtLiyNH4RZIY/>. 
    Silver Task Force will be completing at the end of the charter
    period which we expect to be around October.  There was a deep
    discussion of how to preserve the essential work that Silver has
    worked on and preserve the organizational knowledge.  The Friday
    meeting will continue as a AG working meeting. The Community Group
    will continue and be attached to AGWG.  There are complications that
    still need to be worked out about the Silver Community Group. Jeanne
    and Shawn will continue as Editors of WCAG3 and be part of the
    Leadership Team.
 2. We (almost) completed the Categorization Exercise of SC Migration
    <https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1tXIaJxQCyuOTkvLcJR5QgTN13h6dIgtUlE7H9CUCvew/edit#gid=0>. 
    All SCs have been addressed, with 9 left to complete.  We have a
    plan to get them completed by Tuesday, 26 July. We have learned a
    great deal from the exercise that will be very useful going forward.
    We expect to bring the initial report of the categorization exercise
    to Silver next Friday.
