Edits to the Use Cases Document

The  Conformance Options  subgroup is getting ready to release its collection of Use Cases.  
 At the last meeting we were asked to review it and suggest any changes before releasing it.

Attached are the edits I am suggesting as part of our assignment. 

It is presented as a word document with edits tracked.


NOTE:  the edits are my suggested edits - and NOT a consensus document from the subgroup.   
This includes my comments/edits about what the group does or does not have consensus on.  That is just my take or understanding of what the group does or does not have consensus on.  If the group agrees it will appear in the final document after our next meeting.
