My wife has a fast moving ALS

Hi All

You may have noticed me not as much on calls lately. After many years of
doing employment accommodations for people with disabilities, it has come
close to home. My wife could run 5km last March at this time of year. In
December, she was diagnosed with a fast moving ALS and now she cannot walk,
her arms and hands have lost much functionality and it's into her voice and
breathing. On its current trajectory she will be non verbal in a few weeks.

I am taking this next year to care for her and our 6 year old daughter. My
engagement with WCAG will be light, and I've reduced work to just a few
hours a week.

I will continue to stay up to date with minutes and some questionnaires and
calls where possible. I love WCAG and the entire team.
