RE: AGENDA and Surveys - AGWG Meeting February 22nd 2022

RESOLUTION:  Move forward with SC with an exception in the principle of "The focus indicator and its background color are determined by the user agent and are not modified by the author." or "The focus indicator is defined by the user-agent and cannot be adjusted by the author."

SC referenced above is 2.4.11 Focus Appearance (Minimum) new for WCAG 2.2.  Technical discussion continues Friday on this topic as related to this second question from first survey below.
