Re: CFC - Errata, "Changes of context" definition

Hi Wilco,

This would be added to the errata page of WCAG 2.1 and appear in the guidelines page of WCAG 2.2. (I.e. errata don’t trigger a re-publication of previous recommendations.)

New errata haven’t been added to older recommendations, MichaelC might correct me, but that appears to be a general policy for our recs.
