WCAG 2.2 updates

Just to note update’s you can see in the editor’s draft:


  *   The focus-appearance updates from #2341 have been merged:

That includes some understanding document updates, which are ongoing.

  *   Page break locators - we agreed an update to the technique (done), and an update to the understanding doc has been proposed: https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/2350/files

  *   Visible-controls has been removed.
