[Silver] Minutes of Silver meeting of 15 April 2022

== Summary ==

We discussed the transition from the WCAG2 to Silver Migration doc to 
the Placeholder Guidelines doc to the database of WCAG2 success criteria 
as entered from the template documents that AGWG and Silver have been 
working on.  We screenshared the database of all the success criteria 
that have been entered so far.  We can sort and group the success 
criteria in many different ways including Functional Needs, User Needs, 
Type of Test, Unit of testing, etc.  Many of the success criteria have 
been broken into smaller units to make them easier to test or to 
specialize them for a specific user need.

We did the exercise on the guidelines in three groups in breakout 
rooms.  We did:
