Agenda - AGWG Meeting December 14th 2022

The joint AGWG and Silver taskforce meeting will be meeting on Tuesday,  December 14th 2021 at 11.00 AM Eastern US (Length: up to 2 hours).


We will be using this meeting to follow up on the retrospective started during the joint meeting on 29 November<https://www.w3.org/2021/10/29-silver-minutes.html>.  Our end goal is to improve the way we work, so we can focus on developing WCAG 2.2 and WCAG 3 along with test rules and other supporting documents.



We want to ensure as neutral facilitation as possible and give the chairs the opportunity to listen fully, so we have asked Chaals Nevile to step in and facilitate.



Agenda

  1.  Review how this session will be managed
  2.  Review process changes made to date
  3.  Review previously raised challenges<https://www.w3.org/2021/11/05-silver-minutes.html#t02> from the November session and discuss what is missing
  4.  Review initial list of root causes and discuss what is missing or needs revision
  5.  Discuss next steps
